Equipment Handouts

EQUIPMENT HANDOUTS
Our final equipment handout will be Monday July 18th from 6:00-9:00PM at the Field House in Cranberry Community Park.  The Field House is the brick building located between fields #1 & #5, at the top of the gravel drive.

Only players who are signed up and PAID will be given equipment.  If your child is signed up but you have not yet paid, please pay via the website prior to equipment handouts, or bring a check to equipment handouts in the amount $200.00 for registration.

To receive equipment, please arrive with two checks made out to SVJFAC.  NO EQUIPMENT WILL BE GIVEN OUT UNLESS BOTH CHECKS ARE RECEIVED AT HANDOUTS.  There will be NO exceptions.  One check will be for the $125.00 association fundraising fee. Each family in the association will be given one book of raffle tickets that you can sell to defer this cost. The second check will be for $200.00, and will be used as a security deposit for your equipment.  This check will NOT be cashed unless you fail to turn in your equipment and game jersey at the end of the season. The actual cost to replace these items is over $250.00 per player.

Each player will receive a helmet, shoulder pads and game pants.  Game jerseys will be given out at a later date.  While the association will provide each player with a quality helmet, those who are interested in purchasing their own helmet can due so at equipment handouts. Players can buy either a Riddell or Xenith helmet at a reduced rate through the association.  Prices of helmets vary by make and style.  Additional details on helmet pricing and helmet buy backs will be available at equipment handouts.  If you are interesting in purchasing a helmet, please bring an additional check.

If you have any questions about equipment or equipment handouts please contact Pat Brugos - pbrug74@yahoo.com. This is the final equipment handout, no other handouts will be offered.
